“We have been investing substantially in the health sector. But have we been getting optimal benefits for our investments? No! We could get more benefits if we have better governance,” Minister of Health from Uganda, H.E. Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda said at Wednesday’s side event at the 67th World Health Assembly.

Governance for Health: Priorities for Post-2015 and Beyond, brought together decision makers from governments, civil society, and international organizations to discuss exactly what Dr. Rugunda described: how governance can maximize and create better health outcomes for the underserved.
